Learn About Our Hiring Process
Search and Apply
Search through open positions and find one that is a fit. No resume, no problem! You can apply for many jobs without one by providing details about your interests and/or experience. Keep in mind, the more information you provide, the better we can help find the right role for you. Don't see a job that's a fit for you? Join the talent network.
Every role has a set of competencies, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics required for success. Assessments help us to identify productive, hardworking, and safe workers for manufacturing plants; multi-tasking, processing speed and customer commitment skills for customer service positions; and mechanical and electrical skills for maintenance positions. No studying is required - the best approach is to answer honestly to find the right fit.
Real people, not computers, review the information you submit. Those best qualified are contacted and invited to the next step. Your candidate dashboard is the place to view updates as they become available.
Meet the hiring team to learn more about the job and ask questions. This may be through telephone calls, virtual interviews, and possibly in person. If you are being considered for a position at a plant, expect a tour to experience first-hand what it might be like as an employee.

Frequently Asked Questions - Recruiting
Common questions and answers for suppliers seeking to partner with Motrex.
Motrex works with recruiters and staffing service firms that have specialized areas of focus. Motrex only accepts resumes from search firms that have executed service agreements with Motrex LLC and were requested to partner on a specific search. Motrex will have no obligation or liability to search firms for unsolicited referrals, even if Motrex hires the individual who was the subject of the referral.
Please be patient. We value those who partner with us effectively and return to those search firms first when a need for additional support is identified. Work with us, not around us. All communication with Motrex should be directed only to human resources or talent acquisition personnel with Motrex LLC. Direct contact with hiring managers and other department personnel typically results in miscommunication and delays in the process.
Not every job opening requires search firm support. After your firm executes a services agreement – and if the job opening is in your area of expertise – human resources or talent acquisition personnel will provide a position request as needed. Position requests are sent to firms focused on recruiting candidates specific to the designated opening.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be routed to the appropriate person for a response.
